π Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that orders placed on Fridays may only be shipped on Monday.
Standard delivery takes 5β7 business days depending on your location. However, items shipped separately will be delivered within 2β3 weeks. Express delivery may be available at checkout.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our shipping times and rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping takes 2β3 weeks. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on the following dates. Please note that delivery timeframes are calculated from the next business day:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas (December 22β25)
- Day after Christmas
What happens if my package is lost?

ZuppyNow is not responsible for lost packages, but our team will provide reasonable assistance.

How can I update my order?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package in real time.
What if my tracking number is not working?
Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Tracking numbers may take 1β2 business days to activate. If it still isn't working after a couple of days, simply email us at support@zuppynow.com and we will track your order for you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage at support@zuppynow.com and we will send a replacement immediately.
I received the wrong item β what should I do?
Please email us at support@zuppynow.com with a photo of the item you received and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Can I return the product if my pet doesn't like it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your pet products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please send us a message at support@zuppynow.com with your order number.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used pet care products or waste disposal items. However, if the item you received does not match the description or is damaged, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
At our discretion, refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
How long does a refund take to process?
For most items, refunds are typically processed within 1 week. Once processed, the refund will be returned to your original payment method and we will send you an email notification to confirm the refund was successful.
