Happy with this purchase. The memory foam is supportive and the curved shape works well for both reading and laptop use. The ice silk cover is soft and noticeably cool. Giving 4 stars because it took me a day to figure out which height setting works best for my sitting position — the instructions could explain the difference more clearly. Once I found the right setting it's been perfect.
