My rescue was terrified of wire crates and would panic every time. Bought the 36 inch for my Border Collie and it's the perfect size. We use it at home and take it on road trips — folds completely flat and fits in the boot with no fuss. Setup really is 5 minutes or less. The Oxford fabric feels heavy duty and has held up really well after 2 months. The 3 door access is genuinely useful — I mostly use the side door at home.

She walked in on day one and hasn't looked back. The soft sides and mesh ventilation make it cosy and airy at the same time. I zip the top door open at night so she can come and go freely and she always chooses to sleep inside. The fabric wipes clean easily and the whole thing folds flat in seconds when I need to move it. Really well made.

We camp with our Dachshund every summer and finding a portable crate that actually holds up outdoors was a challenge. This one is brilliant — sets up in under 5 minutes, folds flat for the car, and the 600D fabric handles outdoor conditions really well. The 3 doors make it easy to get him in and out from any angle. He seems genuinely comfortable in it.

I struggled for months to crate train my Labrador with a wire crate — he hated it. Switched to this soft crate and within a week he walks straight in on his own. Really happy with this overall. The build quality is excellent and my dog took to it immediately. The fold-flat design is genuinely convenient and the setup is as fast as advertised. Giving 4 stars only because I initially ordered the wrong size — the sizing guide is there but worth double-checking against your dog's measurements before buying. The crate itself is great.
