Really happy with this overall. The support is excellent and my neck feels noticeably better after about 10 days of use. The cooling cover is a genuine feature not just a marketing claim. Giving 4 stars because the first 3 nights felt slightly unusual as my neck adjusted to the new position — completely normal for a cervical pillow but worth knowing. After that it's been perfect.
